Introduction. This agreement is between You and A.C.T. Legal Services Ltd. A.C.T. Legal Services Ltd. owns and operates CourtServices.ca. This agreement applies only to our online service.
1. Registration. There is no fee associated with registration. Your account will become active immediately following registration.
2. Ordering. Any services ordered are immediately recorded in your account. All orders are immediately forwarded to one of our agents. If you wish to cancel an order, phone our main office immediately. You may still incur charges for cancelled orders.
3. Payment. You will be invoiced for completed services at the beginning of the following month. You may pay by cheque or through our online system. The system will reflect your payment within 24 hours of receipt.
4. Suspension of Account. A.C.T. Legal Services may suspend your account if: you are behind in paying your account balance; your account is inactive for an extended period of time; your contact information is incorrect.
5. Changes. This document may be changed in the future. In that event, notice will be made on our website.
