About Us

6809243 Canada Inc. (CourtServices.ca) is a process service company operating in the Greater Toronto Area. We work mainly in the family courts of Brampton, Milton and Toronto but are also available to serve and file documents for other courts in the area.

CourtServices.ca has been operating since 2004 (formerly as a division of A.C.T. Legal Services Ltd.). It was founded by Eileen and Bill Barnes. Eileen is a law clerk with more than 20 years experience in family law in Ontario. Bill is currently studying law at the University of Toronto.
